2024年3月 — 杜灵杰团队在《自然》发表重磅成果:全球首次观察到凝聚态引力子激发
北京时间2024年3月28日凌晨,国际顶级学术期刊《自然》(Nature)在线发表南京大学物理学院杜灵杰教授团队论文。该团队利用自主搭建的极低温强磁场共振非弹性偏振光散射测量平台,在砷化镓量子阱中首次观察到分数量子霍尔液体中的引力子激发(引力子在凝聚态物质中的准粒子投影)。这一发现开辟了凝聚态体系探索量子引力的全新视野,对理解关联量子物理及实现拓扑量子计算具有重要意义。该成果入选2024年度"中国科学十大进展"和"两院院士评选中国十大科技进展新闻"。

January 2026 — Professor Du Lingjie Awarded Tan Kah Kee Young Scientist Award (Physical Sciences)
Professor Du Lingjie received the 2026 Tan Kah Kee Young Scientist Award in Physical Sciences for his groundbreaking contributions to experimental research on fractional quantum Hall gravitons. He was also honored with the Jiangsu Provincial Youth Science and Technology Award and named one of the "Top Ten Young Science and Technology Stars of Jiangsu Province".

May 2025 — Professor Du Lingjie Awarded the 29th "China Youth May Fourth Medal"
Xinhua News Agency reported: Professor Du Lingjie from the School of Physics, Nanjing University, received the 2025 China Youth May Fourth Medal. The Quantum Extreme Measurement Laboratory led by Du, with an average team age of only 25, achieved a world-class breakthrough in the experimental study of condensed matter graviton modes. The results were published in Nature and selected as one of the "Top Ten Scientific Advances in China" and one of the "Top Ten Science and Technology News in China".
January 2025 — Professor Du Lingjie Awarded Nanjing University "Scientific Frontier Breakthrough Prize"
For his outstanding contributions to the study of the fractional quantum Hall effect and graviton excitations, Professor Du Lingjie received the 2025 Nanjing University Scientific Frontier Breakthrough Prize and the Kuang Yaming College Outstanding Achievement Award.

March 2024 — Du Lingjie's Team Publishes Groundbreaking Results in Nature: World's First Observation of Condensed Matter Gravitons
In the early hours of March 28, 2024 (Beijing time), the international top academic journal Nature published a paper by Professor Du Lingjie's team from the School of Physics, Nanjing University. Using a self-built ultra-low-temperature, high-magnetic-field resonant inelastic polarized light scattering platform, the team observed for the first time graviton excitations (the quasiparticle projection of gravitons in condensed matter) in a fractional quantum Hall liquid. This discovery opens up new perspectives for exploring quantum gravity in condensed matter systems and holds significant implications for understanding correlated quantum physics and realizing topological quantum computing. The achievement was selected as one of the "Top Ten Scientific Advances in China" and the "Top Ten Science and Technology News of China" for 2024.
January 2024 — Du Lingjie's Team Achievement Selected as One of "Nanjing's Top Ten Scientific and Technological Achievements of 2024"
At the Nanjing Science and Technology Conference and Industrial Technology Innovation Promotion Meeting, the team led by Professor Du Lingjie from the State Key Laboratory of Solid-State Microstructures was selected for the "2024 Nanjing Top Ten Scientific and Technological Achievements" for their work on "first observation of graviton excitations in a fractional quantum Hall liquid". The team's self-designed and assembled ultra-low-temperature, high-magnetic-field resonant inelastic polarized light scattering platform is recognized as world-leading.

2023 — Professor Du Lingjie Receives "China Semiconductor Top Ten Progress Nomination Award" and Title of "Shishan Quantum Leading Young Scholar"
For his sustained innovative contributions to quantum extreme measurement, Professor Du Lingjie received the 2023 China Semiconductor Top Ten Progress Nomination Award and was named "Shishan Quantum Leading Young Scholar".
2020 — Professor Du Lingjie Selected as Nanjing University-Huawei "Zijin Scholar" and Jiangsu "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent"
Professor Du Lingjie was named a Nanjing University-Huawei Zijin Scholar, selected for the Jiangsu Provincial "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent" program, and received a project grant (630,000 RMB) from the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
2019 — Professor Du Lingjie Selected as National Young Talent (Priority Support)
Professor Du Lingjie was selected for the National Young Talent program (priority support, 3 million RMB funding). In the same year, he returned to China and joined the School of Physics at Nanjing University, establishing the "Laboratory for Extreme Condition Quantum Spectroscopy and Transport" from scratch.
