杜灵杰,南京大学至诚特聘教授,博士生导师。领衔研究的成果入选"中国科学十大进展","中国十大科技进展新闻","江苏基础研究领域十大科技进展"和"南京市十大科技成果"等。荣获中国青年五四奖章,陈嘉庚青年科学奖等。以通讯作者在Nature, Nature Physics, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Electronics等Nature和Science子刊, Physical Review Letters等国际学术期刊上发表多篇论文;受邀在《人民日报》发表文章1篇。本课题组的主要研究方向:基于III-V族半导体结构,通过输运和光学的综合测量手段在极低温强磁场下研究新型量子态及涌现效应,如激子分数量子霍尔效应和量子霍尔引力子等。担任中国物理学会光散射专委会委员,中国青年科技工作者协会基础科学与前沿研究专委会秘书长等,担任《低温工程》编委,物理四刊(《Chinese Physics Letters》、《Chinese Physics B》、《物理学报》和《物理》)青年编委等。
Du Lingjie, Zhicheng Distinguished Professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University. The research achievements led by him have been selected into "China's Top 10 Scientific Advances", "China's Top 10 Science and Technology News", "Jiangsu's Top 10 Basic Research Advances", and "Nanjing's Top 10 Scientific and Technological Achievements". He has received honors such as the China Youth May Fourth Medal and the Tan Kah Kee Young Scientist Award. As corresponding author, he has published multiple papers in international academic journals including Nature, Nature Physics, Nature Nanotechnology, Nature Electronics (all Nature and Science sub-journals), and Physical Review Letters; he was also invited to contribute an article to People's Daily. The main research direction of his group: exploring novel quantum states and emergent effects (such as excitonic fractional quantum Hall effect and quantum Hall gravitons) in III-V semiconductor structures, using combined transport and optical measurements under ultra-low temperatures and high magnetic fields. He serves as a member of the Light Scattering Committee of the Chinese Physical Society, Secretary-General of the Basic Science and Frontier Research Committee of the China Young Science and Technology Workers Association, editorial board member of Cryogenic Engineering, and youth editorial board member of the four Chinese physics journals (Chinese Physics Letters, Chinese Physics B, Acta Physica Sinica, and Physics).
